Fund Transfer from Paypal to Al-Rajhi Debit Card
This is for Malaysian. The myth is true. PayPal fund can be transferred to Al-Rajhi savings account. This is good news for Malaysia who got their money stuck in PayPal and had opt to buy things from Ebay just to finish off the money. Guys and gals, now you can changed it to RM. Better yet, now we can confidently do business using PayPal international.
From my last experience, money can go in easily into PayPal account. Mostly from credit cards. To cash it out, it is next to none.
Well, enough talk. Follow these steps to achieve the objective.
- Apply for a Al-Rajhi savings account. They will not give a saving book but they will give a Al-Rajhi VISA debit card. Do not need to ask the people at the counter about can PayPal fund can be transffered to Al-Rajhi account. They will say their system at the moment cannot cater for that. If they do not know, just say it ‘ I don’t know’, sheesh.
- Ok, then you go in into your PayPal account. Make sure your PayPal account is verified. In order to do that, you have to verify the PayPal account with a valid credit card. Any credit card will do. Which you use it to purchase items from the internet. Be warned, do not verify your PayPal account with Al-Rajhi Debit card. It cannot be done and automatically Al-Rajhi will deduct RM1 due to the transaction.
- After your PayPal account verified then you add the Al-Rajhi debit card as the second card. Well that’s it. Any money in your PayPal account can be easily transferred to your Al-Rajhi debit card. Money will appear after one week of transaction. In RM of course.
- Oh.. I forgot one more thing. PayPal will charge you USD5 per transaction to transfer fund to Al-Rajhi. Al-Rajhi debit card if used at other ATM, they will charge you RM3 per card usage. Al-Rajhi also limits USD500 per transaction on the ATM machine. I think this info will help.
